XYZ Car (dot) Club exists to celebrate the machines we drive, the two-lane blacktop we travel, and the stories that connect us through automotive culture.

Our mission is to preserve knowledge, share experience, and pass on tradition.

Not to impress, but to connect.

Our aim is simple: keep the iron horses alive and teach what we’ve learned. If it rattles, we chase it down. If it breaks, we fix it. If someone new shows up, they get a place to park and a reason to come back.

About X Y Z

XYZ Car (dot) Club is a small car club that meets in North County, San Diego. Most of us wrench at home, swap parts at odd hours, and drive whenever the weather and traffic cooperate. Our cars wear their history through rock chips, sun-baked paint, and hand-written tune notes stuffed in glove boxes.


We’re friends first and car people always. Generational year, badge, or cylinder count doesn’t matter; effort does. Show up, lend a hand, and take the long way home.

    Redwood Rally

    The Redwood Rally is a five-day drag-and-drive event where racers compete at four tracks across the Pacific Northwest, driving their street-legal cars between each location with scenic pit stops along the way.
    XYZ EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW with the Master Mechanic of ZHP Garage
    ZHP captured SECOND PLACE in the Naturally Aspirated American Graffiti Class at the Redwood Rally, laying down a 6.28 ET average and the FASTEST MPH in the CLASS! Congratulations ZHP! Amazing throw-down and journey. We will be following up with a post-rally interview soon!

    35th Annual Vista Rod Run

    • What a turnout this year for the 35th Annual Vista Rod Run! The gang made it out early to snag our favourite spots on Broadway under the liquid amber trees. A full day of huge laughs and fun, great conversation, and most of all excellent friends.
